Yes. The POS works with standard USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners, and prints on 58mm and 80mm thermal receipt printers as well as A4 invoice printers. You can also generate and print barcode labels for your own products directly from the system.

The POS accepts cash, card, UPI and QR, wallets, credit or khata sales and split payments across multiple modes on a single bill. Cash drawer and shift reconciliation lets each cashier open and close a shift with an opening and closing balance so the till always tallies.

Yes. The POS supports sales returns, exchanges, credit notes and refunds against the original bill, with stock automatically restored and the accounting entries updated so your reports and GST filings stay correct.

Each workspace adds its own AI provider key under Settings — Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT) or Google Gemini. Keys are encrypted and scoped to your workspace only. Without a key, the POS bills and reports exactly as normal and the AI features run in offline preview mode.

Yes. The POS ships with a REST API and a mobile app, so owners can check live sales, stock and collections from anywhere and connect the POS to your website, ERP or accounting tools. An iPhone app is coming soon.

Yes. The POS uses hard multi-tenant isolation, Argon2id password hashing, AES-256-GCM encryption for secrets, CSRF protection, role-based access control and prepared statements everywhere, so each outlet workspace is isolated and your sales data stays yours.

POS plans are priced by the number of users, with billing cycles from 1 month up to 36 months and better monthly pricing on longer cycles. You can renew anytime from the client area before or after expiry to keep your counter running without losing data.
