DDoS protection is implemented only on a VPS or a Dedicated Server. It cannot be implemented on shared hosting or cloud hosting plans.
The protection stack works at the firewall, kernel and web server level. It needs full root and SSH access to install CSF, Fail2ban, ModSecurity and custom iptables rules. Shared hosting and cloud hosting plans do not give that level of access, so the rules cannot be applied there.
If your website is currently on shared or cloud hosting, our team will guide you on moving it to a VPS or dedicated server first. The same condition applies on every renewal of this service.

DDoS protection is priced at Rs. 4999 per month for 1 website. You can select a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month billing cycle at the same monthly rate.
DDoS protection is implemented only on a VPS or a Dedicated Server where we get full root and SSH access. It cannot be implemented on shared hosting or cloud hosting plans, because those plans do not allow firewall, kernel and iptables level changes.
No. You can use your existing VPS or dedicated server from any provider. You only need to give our support team root access so we can install and configure the protection stack.
We use CSF firewall, Fail2ban, ModSecurity web application firewall, iptables rules and other industry standard practices such as connection rate limiting, SYN flood protection, bad bot filtering and log based blocking.
In rare cases a legitimate user can be blocked by a protection rule. We provide an IP Table Manager page in your client area, so you can search the blocked IP and unblock it yourself within seconds. Our support team can also do it for you.
After you place the order our support team contacts you, collects the server and website details, and then completes the implementation. Once done, the setup stays under monitoring for the entire subscription period.
