Why Institutions Outgrow Their First System
Not because it lacked features, but because its records could not be trusted.
Most school software starts as a fees register and grows outward. By the third year the attendance percentage disagrees with the calendar, a student’s class from last year has been overwritten by this year’s, and a report card a parent is holding no longer matches what the system says. Nobody trusts a number they cannot trace.
EduSuite is built the other way round. A student’s class is a row per academic year, so promotion, transfer and year-on-year reporting all work without erasing last year’s truth. Attendance percentages are calculated against the school calendar’s working days. Library copy counts and stock quantities are derived from their movements rather than incremented, so a missed decrement cannot leave a figure quietly wrong for years.
Results follow the same discipline. Once a term’s results are computed they stop tracking the marks, so re-marking a paper does not silently rewrite a card a parent already holds - only a deliberate recompute does, and that returns the result to draft so somebody has to publish it again knowingly. The audit trail records who did what, to which record, from which IP, with before and after values, and reads of personal data are logged too.

All of them. A school's "Class 10 / Section A" and a college's "Semester 3 / Batch B" are the same structure inside EduSuite, so there is no separate school build and college build to keep in step. Coaching and training institutes use the same academics, batches, fees and exam features.
Yes. EduSuite is multi-tenant, so a trust or group can run several institutions with their own branding, domains, roles and data. Isolation is enforced at the database layer, not just hidden in the interface, so one institution can never read another's records.

Yes. Every tenant-owned record carries its institution id and is filtered on every read and write, login e-mails can only be changed by the platform Super Admin with a recorded audit entry, secrets are encrypted at rest and masked in the interface, and reads of personal data are logged so "who has seen my child's record?" is an answerable question.
Yes. Imports from biometric and RFID attendance devices are supported, so device punches become attendance records without re-keying.

Then it is a custom solution. Trusts, university groups and institutes that need more than 100 teachers, 1000 students, 3 campuses or 100 GB of storage get a plan and a price built on their own figures. Custom pricing is only for requirements above the Business plan - anything within those limits is already covered by the three published plans.
Move up whenever you need to. Upgrading to the next plan lifts your teacher, student, campus and storage limits straight away and nothing is re-entered - the same records simply keep going on the larger plan. If you pass the Business plan figures, it becomes a custom solution and our team quotes it on your own numbers.
Yes. Pick the plan that covers your teachers, students and campuses, enter your institution domain, choose a billing cycle from 1 month up to 36 months and pay online - the account is set up against that domain. Longer cycles carry a lower monthly price, and you can renew any time from the client area before or after expiry without losing data.
Yes, on every plan. Our team imports your existing student, staff and fee records during onboarding at no extra charge - you do not re-key anything and there is no migration fee on Starter, Growth or Business.
